Very unhappy with poor attitude to customers. Made a booking for the restaurant which was "confirmed" but actually had been amended into a beer garden booking. Upon arrival there was no apology just a "we don't have time to contact everyone". Really disappointing to know that something as simple as this can't be trusted. I understand that this is a nice location and there is always enough passing trade to fill the seats but still not a reason to behave in this manner.

Typical Old style hotel, not really upgraded. The location is great though, and the food was super as well. :)

Restaurant has a nice view. Food and service were just ok. The only reason to go is for the river view. Otherwise eat in the old town where the food is better

Very comfortable and nicely situated on the Rhein. Staff pleasant and helpful. Food very good and a nice breakfast service.

Although the staff was very nice, my "medium" steak was really "well-done" and there was no taste at all. But I heard that the fish was very good, so they'll get 3 stars.
